1. The service
Greedy.ae is a price comparison engine. We aggregate product listings and prices from third-party UAE retailers and link you to their websites. We are not a seller: every purchase, payment, delivery, warranty and return is a contract between you and the retailer, under the retailer’s own terms.
2. Affiliate disclosure
Greedy.ae earns commission from partner links. When you click "Go to store" and complete a purchase, the retailer may pay us a commission through affiliate networks such as Amazon Associates or Admitad. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. This costs you nothing and never influences how offers are ranked — sorting is always by price, and sponsored placements are clearly labelled.
3. Prices and accuracy
We refresh prices at least hourly, but prices, stock and shipping costs can change on the retailer’s side at any moment. The price shown at the retailer’s checkout is the one that applies. Greedy.ae provides all information "as is" without warranty of completeness or accuracy, and a listing on Greedy.ae is not an offer to sell.
4. Your account
Account sign-in is via Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for scraping, abuse, fraud or any unlawful purpose.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, bulk-download or resell our data; interfere with the service’s operation; or use it in violation of UAE law. Personal, non-commercial use is what the service is for.
6. Intellectual property
The Greedy.ae name, logo, design and software are our property. Product names, brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Greedy.ae is not liable for losses arising from purchases made at third-party retailers, price or stock inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always at greedy.ae/terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
